TOBY Corp makes two center channel speakers, one of which is specifically designed to be used in open space (our standard center). This Center Channel can be used basically anywhere (ie. underneath a shelf or inside a cabinet, or mounted on the wall). They are both carefully designed to distribute the sound evenly across a 60 degree angle.

This design uses a single 3/4'' soft dome tweeter between two 5 1/4'' drivers positioned so closely together that there is close to zero cancellation throughout the listening area.
